Designed with a self-contained compressor located on the right from the customer side view, it integrates cleanly into service lines while keeping product at optimal holding temps. The straight front glass, LED interior lighting, and black exterior elevate presentation, while (4) tempered glass rear sliding doors with handles and (5) bottom shelves streamline prep-side access and organization. A digital temperature display and control make monitoring simple, and the refrigerator maintains 35°F–41°F in ambient conditions of 50°F–80°F (39°F saturation). Built for daily foodservice demands, it features 304 stainless steel exterior body and food plates plus a 1" drain for easy cleanup. Powered by eco-friendly R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, the unit runs on 115v/60/1-ph with a 1/6 HP compressor and 3.0 amps, plugging into a standard NEMA 5-15P. With a 1.9 cu. ft. capacity and cCSAus, CSA-Sanitation approvals, this 59" display supports consistent performance, efficient workflow, and appetizing presentation at the counter.
