A digital temperature display and control make monitoring simple, and the refrigerator maintains 35°F–41°F in ambient conditions of 50°F–80°F (39°F saturation). Built for daily foodservice demands, it features 304 stainless steel exterior body and food plates plus a 1" drain for easy cleanup. Powered by eco-friendly R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, the unit runs on 115v/60/1-ph with a 1/6 HP compressor and 3.0 amps, plugging into a standard NEMA 5-15P. With a 1.9 cu. ft. capacity and cCSAus, CSA-Sanitation approvals, this 59" display supports consistent performance, efficient workflow, and appetizing presentation at the counter.
