Streamline your line-side cold storage with the Victory VUR93HC, a three-section undercounter refrigerator offering 29.7 cubic feet of organized capacity. Stage pans of mise en place, proteins, or desserts right where they’re plated, while full electronic control helps you dial in consistent cabinet conditions.
Built for demanding kitchens, it features a 1/2" thick stainless steel top with stainless steel door, front, and sides, plus a cleanable aluminum interior. Self-closing doors and Santoprene gaskets (backed by a 2-year gasket warranty) help maintain temperatures during busy service.
Side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/3 HP system for reliable performance at the chef’s counter, prep station, or server pass. Powered by V-Core™, this made-in-USA unit supports efficient workflow in restaurants, hotels, cafeterias, and catering operations.
