The Vollrath Mirage® induction rethermalizer helps operators rethermalize and hold soups, sauces, and chili with reliable, dry-operation performance. Its 7-quart inset with a hinged cover supports efficient ladling while helping protect product integrity on the line. Four dedicated soup presets simplify setup and promote consistent results across shifts.
Solid-state controls with a locking function let teams dial in precise temperatures in °F or °C, while the stir indicator LED prompts staff to agitate product for even heating. Cabinet-mounted controls with leads keep critical adjustments accessible yet out of the splash zone, supporting clean, organized counters.
Well-suited for cafeterias, healthcare, and catering programs, this drop-in solution integrates smoothly into existing stations. It includes mounting hardware and a 6 ft. NEMA 5-15P cord for straightforward installation on standard 120V circuits. Certified cULus, NSF, and FCC (cover not NSF).
