The Vulcan VHFA9 heated cabinet can accommodate up to nine 18" x 26" sheet pans or eighteen 12" x 20" steam table pans, making it perfect for medium to large-scale foodservice operations. The cabinet is equipped with two 600-watt metal-sheathed heating elements, providing consistent and even heat distribution throughout the unit.

Constructed from heavy-duty 20-gauge polished stainless steel, the VHFA9 is designed for durability and ease of maintenance. The full-size glass door, featuring heavy-duty hinges, a secure latch mechanism, and gaskets, allows for easy monitoring of the contents while maintaining internal temperatures. The fixed interior pan supports are designed to accommodate pan covers for safe transportation and are removable for easy cleaning.

The top-mounted control panel is user-friendly and includes power and heater indicator lights, a dial thermostat adjustable from ambient to 190 degrees Fahrenheit, and a temperature read-out dial. The fan and air tunnel system ensures even heat distribution throughout the cabinet. The VHFA9 is mobile, featuring 5" casters (two swivel with brakes, two rigid) that allow for easy maneuverability within your kitchen space.
