Built for busy grill stations, the Vulcan VTEC25 IRX™ infrared gas countertop charbroiler fits a 25-1/2" width and delivers 44,000 BTU across two 22,000 BTU burners. Manual control and piezo ignition provide straightforward operation from first fire to final ticket, helping teams manage pace and consistency through peak periods.
Stainless steel cooking grids, sides, control panel, and top trim present a polished line appearance. A removable heat shield and backsplash are included, along with a crumb tray to capture debris. Four-inch adjustable legs aid level placement on the counter. CSA and NSF listings support use in commercial kitchens.
