Manual control and piezo ignition provide straightforward operation from first fire to final ticket, helping teams manage pace and consistency through peak periods.
Stainless steel cooking grids, sides, control panel, and top trim present a polished line appearance. A removable heat shield and backsplash are included, along with a crumb tray to capture debris.
