Cast iron 17,000 BTU burners with standing pilots and cast iron radiants deliver steady, even heat. Supercharger burner dividers and a heat deflector tray focus energy where you need it for consistent sear marks and production during peak periods. High range infinite heat control valves and manual gas valve controls make fine adjustments fast.
A fully welded chassis and heavy-duty cast iron top grates withstand daily, high-volume use. Stainless steel front, sides, top trim, backsplash, and a grease trough simplify cleanup and support a tidy line. Four-inch adjustable legs aid leveling, and CSA and NSF listings support professional kitchen standards.
