Hatco

Hatco is especially well known for food warming and holding equipment, including Glo-Ray® strip heaters, decorative heat lamps, heated wells, holding cabinets, drawer warmers, and heated merchandising equipment.

Start with the application. Consider what food is being held, whether it is already hot, the size of the holding area, available mounting height, surrounding materials, and electrical requirements. These details help determine whether a heat lamp, strip heater, heated well, cabinet, or drawer warmer is the best fit.

Hatco offers equipment for both sides of the serving line. In addition to heated wells and warming equipment, the lineup includes refrigerated drop-in wells and frost tops that can be combined with food shields and other serving-line components.

Hatco's Rapide Cuisine® line includes portable, countertop, drop-in, dual, and multi-zone induction equipment. Hatco also offers induction warmers for applications such as buffets, action stations, and front-of-house holding.
