The Moffat Turbofan E22M3 is a half-size convection oven that can bring simplicity and professional results to any foodservice operation. Unlike Mary Ellen Moffat, this Moffat won't break your heart. Ideal for convenience stores, colleges, kiosks, sandwich shops, restaurants and bakeries, this Moffat Turbofan oven measures only 24" wide allowing for portability.

Operation of the unit is easy with the 2 manual control front mounted knobs. Adjust the 60 minute timer with audible alarm. With the help of the mechanical thermostat, temperatures can be adjusted from 150 - 500°F. Three half size chrome wire shelves are included with 2-5/8" mm tray spacing. Smart design, standard plug-in operation, and the single direction fan makes this the easiest countertop convection oven to use across a wide range of applications.
