A 316 stainless steel liner and deep-drawn stainless construction promote durability and easy cleaning, ideal for high-turn kitchens. The 2" compression draw-off valve accelerates batch draining and portioning while helping keep stations tidy.
A one-piece hinged cover aids moisture control, and the self-contained, insulated design helps retain heat between turns. Field-replaceable heating elements simplify maintenance, keeping soups, sauces, and stocks moving from prep to service with minimal downtime.
