Scale up production without sacrificing control. The AccuTemp ALLEC-40-QS is a 40-gallon electric, 2/3 steam jacketed kettle engineered for high-volume kitchens. Its deep-drawn body with a 316 stainless steel liner promotes even heating and fast cleanup, while the 208V, 3-phase, 15 kW package keeps batches moving.
Speed prep on soups, sauces, chili, and stock with etched gallon markings for quick measuring and a 2" compression draw-off valve for accurate portioning. The actuator-assisted cover lifts smoothly to streamline stirring and loading, and a faucet bracket places incoming water right where you need it.
Operators gain reliable control with a thermostat, pressure relief valve, and easy-to-read pressure gauge, plus automatic low-water cut-off with indicator light. The self-contained, insulated design runs at 30 PSI to conserve energy and maintain performance, and leg-mounted stability simplifies installation. UL and NSF listings support compliance across food
