The AccuTemp Edge Series ALTWE-40-QS tilting kettle delivers dependable, high-volume production for soups, sauces, chili, and stocks. Its self-contained, electric design integrates seamlessly into busy cooklines, supporting efficient batch work without an external steam source.
A 2/3 jacket and a 316 stainless steel liner pair with insulated, deep-drawn stainless construction to promote consistent results and easy cleanup. Etched gallon markings simplify scaling recipes and monitoring yields, while the included faucet bracket streamlines kettle filling at the workstation.
Built for commercial duty, this 40-gallon unit is powered at 208V three phase with a 24 kW load and 66.6 amps. Field-replaceable heating elements support serviceability, and the 30 PSI rating, along with UL and NSF listings, aligns with professional kitchen requirements.
