Featuring Steam Vector Technology, this double-stacked system pairs a 3-pan top compartment with a 6-pan bottom compartment to handle up to nine 12" x 20" x 2.5" pans. Produce clean, even steam without a plumbed water or drain connection.
Streamline workflow by cooking different menu items simultaneously, from batch vegetables to rapid retherm and à la minute sides. Digital controls help teams execute consistent results across shifts, improving timing on the line and in banquet production.
