Boost line throughput with the AccuTemp E3/E62081E060 DBL, a double-stacked, boilerless electric convection steamer powered by Steam Vector Technology. With a 3-pan compartment over a 6-pan compartment, it handles nine 12" x 20" x 2.5" pans to keep entrées, sides, and batch-cooked items moving during peak service. ENERGY STAR performance helps control utility costs in high-volume operations.
Dial in consistency with digital controls and cook-and-hold modes that support precise recipes and all-day holding. Independent upper and lower compartments let you steam vegetables up top while finishing proteins or bulk sides below to streamline workflow on the hotline or in commissary production.
Designed for straightforward installation, this unit requires plumbed water and drain connections, includes an operator-ready stand, and ships with two 5' NEMA L6-30P cords for (2) 208V/60/1-ph connections. No water filtration is required and the warranty is not voided by
