Power through peak service with the AccuTemp E3/E62083D100 DBL, a double-stacked, boilerless electric convection steamer built on Evolution™ Steam Vector Technology. Digital controls make operation straightforward, while the boilerless design requires no water or drain connections and no filtration—simplifying installation and maintenance.
Combine a 3-pan unit with a 6-pan unit to manage up to nine 12" x 20" x 2.5" pans at once, ideal for batching vegetables, seafood, dumplings, grains, and more. Stage production by menu or daypart to keep lines moving and trays landing hot and fresh.
