The AccuTemp E3/E62083E100 DBL combines a 3-pan and a 6-pan Evolution boilerless convection steamer, powered by Steam Vector Technology for fast, even results without a traditional boiler. Run simultaneous batches or stage production across two independent compartments to keep service moving during peaks. Digital controls make operation straightforward for teams in busy kitchens.

This electric, plumbed setup requires water and drain connections, yet no filtration is needed and the warranty is not voided by water quality.
