This boilerless system uses Steam Vector Technology to deliver even, gentle heat across a 3-pan top cavity and a 6-pan bottom cavity, so you can stage sides and proteins simultaneously. Load 12" x 20" x 2.5" deep pans to batch vegetables, retherm prepared items, or finish delicate seafood with consistent results.
