Each compartment holds three full-size 12" x 20" x 2.5" pans, ideal for vegetables, proteins, starches, and high-volume sides. Use programmable timing to manage back-to-back batches for schools, healthcare, catering, or high-traffic kitchens.
Plumbed water and drain connections streamline installation, and no water filtration is required—your warranty is not voided by water quality. Built in the USA and certified cULus and UL EPH, this 208V electric system arrives with a stand and plug-in convenience via two factory cords with NEMA L6-30P.
