Engineered for demanding kitchens, the AccuTemp E32081E060 is a Connected Evolution™ boilerless convection steamer that leverages Steam Vector Technology for rapid, even results. Its compact countertop design streamlines workflow on the line while conserving valuable floor space.
Load up to three 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans to batch vegetables, seafood, dumplings, or proteins with consistent quality. Intuitive digital controls with temperature display and a programmable timer simplify repeatable production and cook-and-hold routines. ENERGY STAR® efficiency helps curb utility costs, using less than 1.5 gallons of water per hour.
Installation is straightforward with 3/4" plumbed water and drain connections—no filtration is required, and the warranty is not voided by water quality.
