The AccuTemp E32083D150 is a countertop, boilerless, connectionless electric convection steamer built on Evolution™ and featuring Steam Vector Technology. It accommodates three full-size hotel pans, enabling high-yield batch production without water or drain hookups. This flexibility streamlines installation and supports efficient workflows in kitchens, kiosks, and commissaries.
Digital controls simplify operation and promote consistent results across shifts. Chefs can rapidly steam vegetables, seafood, and proteins, or rethermalize prepared items to keep pace with service. A 208V/60/3-phase, 15 kW power platform supplies dependable steam output during peak periods.
No water filtration is required, and the warranty is not voided by water quality—reducing maintenance burdens for operators and facility managers. Certified cULus and UL EPH Classified, and made in the USA, this unit is a durable fit for demanding foodservice programs.
