Load three full-size 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans to batch vegetables, retherm proteins, or finish seafood right on the cookline. Use precise timers and displays to coordinate courses and maintain quality during peak periods. The compact countertop format supports space-conscious kitchens while maintaining high output.
Streamline installation with plumbed water and drain connections; no filtration is required and the warranty is not voided by water quality. A factory cord with NEMA 15-50P plug supports 208V/60/3-phase service for rapid startup and dependable performance.
