Accelerate batch production with the AccuTemp E32401D080 DBL, a double-stacked, connectionless, boilerless convection steamer powered by Steam Vector Technology. Two independent compartments each hold three 12" x 20" x 2.5" pans, so you can cook proteins, vegetables, and sides simultaneously.
Digital controls streamline setup and repeatability, helping chefs and operators maintain consistent results across menus and dayparts. With no water or drain connections required, placement is flexible and installation is simplified for renovations, satellite locations, and high-volume serving lines.
Plug into 240V single-phase power using the included cords and NEMA 6-50P plugs and set the unit on the included stand to start service fast. ENERGY STAR performance supports utility stewardship, and the design requires no filtration with warranty coverage not voided by local water quality.
