Two independently controlled compartments let you run separate menus or cook-and-hold cycles simultaneously, helping chefs stage sides, proteins, and batches without bottlenecks.
Each compartment holds three 12" x 20" x 2.5" pans, ideal for vegetables, seafood, dumplings, and banquet sides. Digital controls streamline operation for cooks across shifts, while ENERGY STAR performance supports cost-conscious operators and facility managers. For simplified ownership, no water filtration is required and the warranty is not voided by water quality.
