The AccuTemp E32403E110 DBL is a double-stacked, boilerless electric convection steamer powered by Steam Vector Technology for consistent, high-volume results. Each compartment holds three 12" x 20" x 2.5" pans, delivering six-pan throughput in a compact footprint. A matching stand is included to create a ready-to-work floor model.
Run mixed menus efficiently with two independent compartments, each driven by intuitive digital controls, a temperature display, and programmable timers. Installation is streamlined with plumbed 3/4" water and separate 3/4" barbed drain connections, and operators benefit from no water filtration requirements with a warranty not voided by water quality.
