The AccuTemp E62083D100 DBL is a double-stacked, connectionless, boilerless convection steamer engineered for high-volume, consistent results. Each compartment holds six 12" x 20" x 2.5" pans, allowing you to steam vegetables, seafood, and proteins simultaneously or retherm prepared trays during peak service.
