This double-stacked, connectionless, boilerless convection steamer uses patented Steam Vector Technology to deliver even results in two independent 6-pan compartments, for a 12-pan total capacity. Batch vegetables, seafood, dumplings, or retherm hotel pans simultaneously without slowing service.
Digital controls with temperature display, cook-and-hold modes, and programmable timers streamline workflows for chefs and production teams. No water or drain connections are required; a 3-gallon reservoir and front-mounted drain valve simplify setup and maintenance. Dishwasher-safe racks, steam collectors, and distributor panels help speed daily cleanup.
