The AccuTemp E62083E150 Evolution is a boilerless, electric countertop convection steamer engineered with Steam Vector Technology to deliver fast, even results across busy services. It accommodates six full-size 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, helping teams push more plates without sacrificing consistency. ENERGY STAR performance supports lower utility use during peak hours.
Chefs and operators can dial in production with digital controls, a temperature display, and a programmable timer, plus cook-and-hold modes for staging batches. Steam vegetables, seafood, and proteins for à la carte tickets, or load hotel pans for banquets, schools, and healthcare trays with reliable throughput.
