Steam Vector Technology promotes consistent results across every pan, while digital controls help teams execute precise, repeatable cooking programs.
Load six 12" x 20" x 2.5" pans per compartment to batch vegetables, seafood, dumplings, or proteins, or to retherm prepared items during peak service. Independent compartments let chefs stagger cook cycles, stage sides, and synchronize plating without bottlenecking the line.
Designed for efficient operation, this ENERGY STAR unit requires water and drain connections yet needs no water filtration, and its warranty is not voided by water quality. Two 5' cords with NEMA L6-30P plugs simplify installation, and the included stand streamlines workflow in tight footprints.
