Engineered for demanding commercial kitchens, the AccuTemp E62401E060 is a 6-pan countertop, boilerless convection steamer built around Steam Vector Technology. Its Connected Evolution design delivers consistent steam distribution and rapid recovery while supporting efficient operation with ENERGY STAR performance. Intuitive digital controls help chefs execute repeatable results during busy service.
Load up to six 12" x 20" x 2.5" pans of vegetables, seafood, starches, or proteins to batch-cook for banquets or keep pace on the line. Because it’s boilerless and plumbed for water and drain, daily operation is streamlined with no water filtration required, and the warranty isn’t voided by water quality.
This electric steamer runs at 6 kW, 240/60/1 and includes a cord with NEMA L6-30P for quick installation. Made in the USA and certified cULus and UL EPH, it’s a dependable choice for schools, healthcare, and high-volume foodservice operations.
