The AccuTemp E64403D120 SGL is a Quick Ship, connectionless Evolution™ boilerless convection steamer featuring Steam Vector Technology. This electric unit holds (6) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" deep pans and operates with digital controls. No water and drain connection is required, and no water filtration is required, enabling flexible placement in varied kitchen layouts. The steamer is 12 kW, 440/60/3ph, and includes a cord with NEMA L15-30P. ENERGY STAR® certification, along with cULus and UL EPH Classified listings, aligns with energy and sanitation standards. Made in USA, it includes a stand in the configuration of your choice to match your line setup.
