The AccuTemp E64803D140 DBL combines two connectionless Evolution boilerless convection steamers with Steam Vector Technology to deliver fast, even cooking without a traditional water hookup. Each compartment holds six 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, maximizing throughput for batch production while digital controls support consistent results and smooth workflows. With no water or drain connection required—and no water filtration needed—installation is simpler, maintenance is reduced, and placement is more flexible. This 14 kW, 480/60/3ph electric unit includes two 5' cords with NEMA L16-20P plugs for straightforward power connection.
