Each compartment holds six 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, maximizing throughput for batch production while digital controls support consistent results and smooth workflows. With no water or drain connection required—and no water filtration needed—installation is simpler, maintenance is reduced, and placement is more flexible. This 14 kW, 480/60/3ph electric unit includes two 5' cords with NEMA L16-20P plugs for straightforward power connection.
