The AccuTemp E64803D140 boosts kitchen throughput with an Evolution™ boilerless, connectionless convection steamer featuring Steam Vector Technology. This countertop, electric unit holds six 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, giving chefs and operators the capacity to execute batch cooking and rapid turns on the line. Simple digital controls support consistent results and streamlined workflows across stations. Because no water or drain connection is required—and no water filtration is needed—installation is flexible and placement is simplified for new builds and retrofits alike. Delivering 14 kW on 480/60/3-phase power, it aligns performance with energy-conscious operation. A cord with NEMA L16-20P facilitates straightforward setup. Certified cULus and UL EPH Classified, made in the USA, and ENERGY STAR® qualified, the E64803D140 provides an efficient, space-saving platform for high-quality steaming in professional kitchens and facility operations.
