The AccuTemp E64803E140 DBL combines two connected Evolution™ boilerless convection steamers featuring Steam Vector Technology. Each compartment holds six 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" deep pans and uses digital controls for precise, straightforward operation. This electric unit is rated at 14 kW and runs on 480/60/3ph. Installation is streamlined with required plumbed water and drain connections, plus two 5' cords with NEMA L16-20P. No water filtration is required. Built to professional standards, this model is cULus and UL EPH Classified, Made in USA, and ENERGY STAR®.
