The AccuTemp EGF2083B3650-T1 electric countertop griddle delivers a 36" x 24" cooking area to keep service moving across breakfast, lunch, and all-day menus. Its 7-gauge 304 stainless steel surface and 14-gauge stainless cabinet are built for daily line work and a clean, professional presentation. Digital thermostat and controls let teams set target temperatures for consistent results during peak periods.
Stage pancakes, eggs, burgers, and vegetables side by side, then channel runoff into the 4" front grease trough to speed turnarounds. The countertop configuration with 4" legs fits tightly organized cooklines and simplifies cleaning access. Powered at 208V/60/3-ph (14.25 kW, 39.56 amps) with a cord and NEMA 15-50P, this ENERGY STAR certified unit is cULus and UL EPH listed and made in the USA.
