Engineered for speed and consistency, the AccuTemp ETH2083A2450-T1 AccuSteam 24-inch bun & tortilla toaster leverages a hermetically sealed steam chamber to heat a heavy 7-gauge stainless steel plate. Efficient steam transfer delivers an even 200–400°F (93–204°C) range to warm buns, toast rolls, or heat tortillas without hot spots.
Operators can stage product across the broad plate to standardize color and texture during rush periods. A cold-rolled stainless steel body with 1-inch back and side splashes helps contain crumbs, while the full-width front crumb trough (3-7/8 in. W x 1/2 in. D) speeds cleanup and keeps the station tidy.
Built for commercial duty and energy performance, this electric countertop unit is ENERGY STAR certified and requires no hood in most areas. It runs on 208V/60/3-ph power at 9.6 kW (27 A), is UL Listed and UL EPH Sanitation Certified (NSF/ANSI 4), and is manufactured in the USA—ideal for quick-service kitchens, cafeterias, and high-volum
