The Accu-Steam™ griddle GGF1201A3650-T1 is a countertop, natural gas unit designed for professional kitchens. Its 36" x 30" griddle area delivers 1,077 sq.in. of cooking space on a durable 7 ga. stainless steel cooking surface. Digital thermostat and controls allow accurate set points to support efficient workflows. A 3-7/8" grease trough speeds scraping and drainage to keep the surface clear. The stainless steel cabinet and 4" legs provide stable placement and easy cleaning on the line. With 70,000 BTU and a 120v/60/1-ph NEMA 5-15P connection, this model combines gas power with simple plug-in controls. It is ENERGY STAR® certified, cULus, UL EPH Classified, and Made in USA. Replaces discontinued model GGF1201A3600-T1.
