Accelerate production with the AccuTemp N61201D060 DBL Evolution, a double-stacked, natural gas, boilerless, connectionless convection steamer using Steam Vector Technology. Load six 12" x 20" x 2.5" pans per compartment and manage cook cycles with intuitive digital controls.
Skip plumbing to speed installation—no water or drain connection is required, and the warranty isn’t tied to water quality. ENERGY STAR performance uses less than 1 gallon of water per hour while turning out consistent vegetables, proteins, seafood, and starches.
Position the included stand on casters where it fits your line, then connect 1/2" NPT gas and 120/60/1 power with two NEMA 5-15P cords. Reinforced stainless cavities, field-reversible doors, and dishwasher-safe racks and SVT panels simplify cleaning and stand up to daily volume.
