Load up to six 12" x 20" x 2.5" pans to steam vegetables, seafood, dumplings, or prepped proteins with minimal babysitting. Use the clear temperature display and independent electronic timer, then switch to Variable Temperature Hold mode to stage items for service. With ENERGY STAR® efficiency and boilerless operation that uses less than 1 gallon of water per hour, it helps curb utility costs and maintenance.
