Each compartment holds six 12" x 20" x 2.5" pans, enabling high-volume batch cooking for vegetables, seafood, dumplings, or retherming hotel pans. Cook up to 12 full-size pans at once to keep banquets on schedule and line service moving efficiently.

ENERGY STAR performance helps reduce utility use, and no water filtration is required. For straightforward placement, the unit operates on LP gas and includes two 120V NEMA 5-15P power cords. Because performance isn’t tied to incoming water quality, the warranty is not voided by water conditions.
