The AccuTemp PGF1201B2450-S2 Accu-Steam griddle delivers uniform heat across a 24" x 24" plate using a hermetically sealed steam chamber and infrared burners. A 50,000 BTU LP system and ENERGY STAR performance support high-volume service while managing energy use.
Dial in precise results with the digital thermostat (200–400°F) and handy presets, then move from pancakes and eggs to burgers and fajitas without hotspots. The 7 ga. 304 stainless steel surface resists warping and wipes down quickly, while a full-width 4" trough streamlines grease control.
Built on a 14 ga. stainless cabinet and supplied with a stand on casters, this unit repositions easily for sanitation or layout changes. A 120v cord-and-plug powers the controls, and rapid surface recovery helps keep tickets moving during peak periods.
