The AccuTemp S32401D060 DBL is a double-deck, electric, boilerless convection steamer engineered to streamline high-volume production. Its connectionless design eliminates water and drain hookups, speeding installation and simplifying placement. An included stand with casters adds mobility for evolving kitchen layouts.
Each compartment handles three full-size 12" x 20" x 2.5" pans, letting teams steam vegetables, seafood, or batch proteins while staging sides and retherming prepared items. Vacuum cooking helps deliver consistent texture and moisture retention across diverse menus, from a la carte service to banquets. Two independent cavities allow chefs to run different loads simultaneously, reducing bottlenecks during peak periods.
Manual mechanical timer controls provide straightforward operation and repeatable results. With 6 kW per compartment and 240V/60Hz/1-phase power per unit, this steam solution supports efficient, all-day performance in commercial kitchens.
