The AccuTemp S32401D060 Steam'N'Hold™ boilerless convection steamer empowers busy kitchens to produce consistent results with minimal utility demands. This countertop, electric unit leverages vacuum cooking and straightforward manual timer controls to keep production moving. With no water or drain connections required, you can position it exactly where throughput matters most.
Stage up to three 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans at a time to batch vegetables, seafood, dumplings, or retherm proteins while preserving moisture and presentation. Vacuum-assisted steaming supports efficient cooking and dependable holding so service stays on schedule.
Well suited for cafeterias, satellite stations, and catering prep, this 6 kW steamer plugs into a 240V, single-phase circuit via its NEMA L6-30P cord for quick setup.
