Its connectionless design eliminates water and drain lines to simplify installation and placement. ENERGY STAR certification supports efficient operation during daily service.
Stage vegetables, seafood, and bulk sides in up to six 12" x 20" x 2.5" pans to keep the line moving. Vacuum-assisted steaming promotes even results across full pans, making it a strong fit for batch production and menu prep.
Simple, manual mechanical timer controls align with standardized workflows on the cookline. The 208V/60Hz/3-phase, 15 kW system with a corded NEMA 15-50P plug delivers reliable power, while the integrated reservoir supports true connectionless operation.
