The AccuTemp S62401D060 Steam'N'Hold™ boilerless convection steamer streamlines high-volume prep on a compact countertop footprint. Vacuum cooking technology accelerates throughput while enabling low-temperature steaming and precise holding without sacrificing moisture. ENERGY STAR® efficiency helps reduce utility load during peak service.
Load up to six 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans to batch vegetables, dumplings, and proteins, or stage pans for à la carte finish. Manual mechanical timer controls keep operation simple for crews, making it easy to set cook cycles or shift to hold for banquets and catering. With no water or drain connections required, placement is flexible and install time is minimal.
Designed for reliability, this electric countertop steamer runs on 240V single phase, drawing 6 kW with a supplied NEMA L6-30P cord. cULus and UL EPH Classified construction supports code compliance across commercial kitchens. Made in the USA for demanding foodservice operations.
