Drive high-volume steaming with the AccuTemp S62403D110 SGL Steam'N'Hold™, a boilerless, connectionless convection steamer for demanding commercial kitchens. Its vacuum cooking technology accelerates heat transfer and preserves moisture, delivering consistent results without the need for water or drain hookups.
Load up to six 12" x 20" x 2.5" pans to batch vegetables, seafood, dumplings, or prepped proteins during peak service. Manual mechanical timer controls keep operation intuitive for line cooks and prep teams across shifts.
The included stand with casters sets an ergonomic working height and rolls easily for cleaning or reconfiguration. Powered by a 10.7 kW, 240/60/3ph electric system and ENERGY STAR certification, this steamer helps control utilities while maintaining throughput for chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers.
