The AccuTemp S64803D140 SGL Steam'N'Hold™ boilerless convection steamer supports efficient workflows with practical features for chefs and operators. This electric unit holds six 12 x 20 x 2-1/2 inch pans and includes a stand with casters for flexible placement and mobility. Vacuum cooking pairs with manual mechanical timer controls for straightforward, repeatable operation. No water or drain connections are required, enabling installation where it best fits your kitchen layout. The unit operates at 14 kW, 480/60/3ph, and includes a 5-foot cord with a NEMA L16-20P. ENERGY STAR® certified, cULus and UL EPH Classified, and Made in USA.
