The Black Diamond chest freezer streamlines back-of-house storage with a 30-1/4"W x 22"D x 33"H footprint and 5.4 cu ft capacity. Its -4°F to -10°F temperature range, manual temperature control, and indicator lights help chefs maintain consistent holding for meats, desserts, and prep items. A hinged lid and a wire coated basket keep frequently used products accessible, speeding service during rush periods.
Built for daily operation, it features bottom-mounted self-contained refrigeration, an easy-clean aluminum interior, and a white powder coated steel exterior that presents well on the floor or in a prep area. Defrost is manual to support precise scheduling, and a drain plug simplifies meltwater removal and sanitation routines. For flexible placement and quick installs, it rolls on built in casters and connects via a NEMA 5-15P to a 115v/60/1-ph circuit, drawing 125 watts and 0.92 amps; certifications include cETLus and ETL-Sanitation.
