Product Description
The Black Diamond Ice Cream Freezer provides product visibility and streamlined service in a compact footprint measuring 29-1/8″ W x 26-4/5″ D x 33-1/2″ H with 4 cu ft. capacity. A curved sliding glass lid showcases contents, while LED interior lighting and two wire coated baskets support organized access. Manual temperature control and defrost with indicator lights allow operators to set holding conditions from -15°F to 3.2°F as needed.
Bottom-mounted self-contained refrigeration uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, with a white aluminum interior cabinet and white powder coated steel exterior. A drain plug supports defrost cleanup and maintenance. Four built in casters aid mobility, and the 115v/60/1-ph, 1.6 amps connection includes an 8' power cord and NEMA 5-15P; listed cETLus and ETL-Sanitation.
