The Black Diamond countertop charbroiler delivers radiant heat across a 24 inch wide by 30 inch deep platform, powered by 80,000 BTU. Four manual cast iron burner controls provide direct, responsive adjustments, while cast iron grates are reversible and height adjustable to match product thickness and desired sear. This configuration supports consistent results and confident presentation during high-volume service.
A removable stainless steel drip tray simplifies cleaning, and the stainless steel front and sides contribute to a professional, easy-to-maintain workspace. Adjustable 4 to 5 inch legs help level the unit and align with adjacent equipment for smoother workflow.
