Product Description
The Black Diamond countertop charbroiler presents a countertop footprint of 48 in. W x 30 in. D and features radiant heat for line service in commercial operations. It equips eight manual cast iron burner controls and cast iron grates that are reversible and height adjustable to adapt to varied products and presentation, giving operators control over grate orientation and product height above the heat. Total output is 160,000 BTU to support sustained production.
Stainless steel front and sides pair with two removable stainless steel drip trays for straightforward cleaning during service and at close. Four- to five-inch adjustable legs let you level the unit and align it with surrounding equipment along the cookline for a uniform workspace. The unit includes a 3/4 in. rear NPT connection and carries cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listings.
